HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4900 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2019 made for implementation of Mandal Surveyor Panchanama/Report dated 20.4.2012 and Sub Division in concerned revenue records in respect of land under Sy.No.88 of Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of the AP Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules made thereunder and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.019 and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the panchanama dated 20.4.2012 reflects that the sub-division was undertaken by the revenue authorities in the presence of panch witnesses and the sketch map was appended thereto indicating the sub-division of Survey No.88 of Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the same, the revenue authorities are not giving effect to it. The petitioner made representation dated 06.02.2019 in this regard to the Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Having received the same, it is not open to the Deputy Collector & Tahsildar to remain somnolent.

SK, J WP.No.4900 of 2019 Dt:11.3.2019 The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the representation dated 06.02.2019 made by the petitioner expeditiously and in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
