Seeking to quash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 through FIR No.978 of 2Ol9 of Banjara Hitls police Station, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

On this day, the learned Assistant public prosecutor submits, on instructions, that the charge sheet is filed, and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. No representation on petitioners' side.

Therefore, this Criminal petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 to move a fresh application in case the cause sunrives. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
