Sri K.Satyanarayana, learned counsel representing Sri P.Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 28.08.2012 passed in W.P.No.26665 of 2012, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
