OFFICE NOTE 23.06.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner/Accused No.1 in Crl.P.No.1282 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 that he should appear before the police once in a fortnight i.e. on second and fourth Sunday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm till charge sheet is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer as and when required for investigation.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
