THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRL.P NO. 13962 OF 2013 AND CRL.P NO.4029 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

The respective parties in both the criminal petitions have entered into compromise, subject to the terms and conditions which are found settled amicably amongst themselves. Hence, the same was filed before this Court. In that view of the matter, both these criminal petitions are allowed in terms of the respective terms of agreement entered into by and between the parties. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
