This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of orders of this Court dated 29.7.2015 in WP No. 23384 of 2015. Counter affidavit filed. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (AP) submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, endorsement RC No. 1015/2015/P9 dated 2.3.2016 is issued to the petitioner in due compliance of the orders. In view of the same, contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available under law. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, stand closed. No costs.
