THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1890 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 14.12.2015 in I.A.No.525 of 2015 in O.S.No.421 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
