THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27959 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation and Mr. P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for 5th respondent.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader places reliance upon the following Paragraph in the counter affidavit filed by respondent Nos.1 to 4.

"It is respectfully submitted that this Hon'ble Court initially granted interim directions by orders dated 22.10.2009. Subsequently to the filing of the above writ petition, the petitioners were selected as Staff Assistants in Nellore District Cooperative Central Bank and they were relieved from the 5th respondent Society on 15.07.2012.

Presently they are working in the Bank and they addressed a communication to this respondent that they are not interest pursing the above writ petition. Copies of the letters addressed by the petitioners are enclosed herewith."

Having regard to the statement in the counter affidavit and the accompanying letter, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner is not interest in working out the writ prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
