When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking regularisation of their services and during pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioners were regularized and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
