Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of arbitration pursuant to arbitration clauses in the Agreement of Sale as well as Development Agreement between the petitioner and the 1st respondent.

Granting liberty as sought the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
