THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4131 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the second respondent - Executive Officer, Gram Panchayat, Aswaraopet Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Telangana State, in not acting on petitioners' representation, dated 20.01.2018, for preventing the flow of drainage water through their land admeasuring 10,659 sq.yards situated in Survey Nos.1312/A and 1313 of Aswaraopet Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for Aswaraopet Gram Panchayat appearing for respondent No.2.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 20.01.2018 stated to have been filed by the petitioners and take necessary steps in

CKR, J W.P.No.4131 of 2018 accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
