HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8150 OF 2002 ORDER (ORAL):
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the Additional Registrar-I (Credit) of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Hyderabad, in R.C. No.25362/2000/C5 dated 16.02.2002 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, contrary to Memorandum of Settlement arrived at on 15.06.1997 and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice, and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to pay HRA based on the pay which includes Basic Pay + D.A. from June 2000 onwards together with arrears, if any.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.V. Raja Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners, reports that subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P. No.6546 of 2002 dated 19.09.2019, as such, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms thereof.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, following the order in W.P. No.6546 of 2002, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms thereof. The aforesaid order shall form part of the record. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
