Having regard to the ongoing enquiry on the implementation of the settlement patta dated 10.2.1966, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a petition at appropriate time or after any view is expressed by the Joint Collector, Prakasham District. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting the leave as prayed for. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
