HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.34780 OF 2012 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent in granting building permission to petitioner's house-site at Plot No.12 in Survey Nos.91 and 93 part admeasuring 230 square yards at Boduppal Village and Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. I have perused the material available on record and I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by this Order: The petitioner is given liberty to submit application for building permission to petitioner's house-site at Plot No.12 in Survey Nos.91 and 93 part admeasuring 230 square yards at Boduppal Village and Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal as is warranted in the circumstances of the case by enclosing a copy of this order to respondent within six weeks from today.

The respondent is directed to examine the request in right perspective, take decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. If the petitioner is finally aggrieved by the decision, it is needless to observe that the petitioner can work out remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
