Heard both sides.

This Revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 07.12.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1755 of 2015 in C.C.No.12 of 2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, dismissing the said petition filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. seeking discharge of the accused.

A perusal of the impugned order no way requires interference, for this Court while sitting in revision, as there is no illegal or impropriety or incorrectness that could be virtually and specifically pointed out.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed before admission.
