ORDER: - Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.1 to 3 are not carrying out the instructions of the Tahsildar, Hanumakonda Mandal, dated 12.12.2014 in Rc.No.C/6209/13, whereunder he had directed the Mandal Surveyor and the Village Revenue Officer to inspect the land in survey No.11/29 of Kashkarsingaram Village, Hanumakona Mandal, Warangal District and submit a report.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the report submitted by the surveyor and the Village Revenue Officer show

that survey No.11/29 is an inam land recorded in the name of Smt.Bommathi Saramma in pattadar column and the land is covered with house due to which demarcation of the said survey number could not be taken up. It is also stated that petitioner was already requested by the Tahsildar to approach the Survey and Land records, Warangal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been instructed about such a letter being given by the Tahsildar to the petitioner. However, learned government pleader states that he would instruct the Tahsildar to serve proper memo to the petitioner, if not already served.

5. In such an event, if such a memo is served on the petitioner, she is at liberty to take appropriate steps by approaching the competent authority. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
