HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8457 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.74 of 2012 on the file of Amruthaluru Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the legs while A2 caught hold of the hands of the deceased and A1 squeezed her neck until her death. A1 and A2 were already arrested. Since the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - A3.
