THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5002 of 2020 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not considering the online application, dated 30.12.2018, for grant of double bed room house. For the same relief, the petitioners have also submitted a representation on 03.02.2020 before the respondents. Till date, no action has been taken place.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the case of the petitioners would be considered by the competent authority as per the relevant guidelines and schemes.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the application/representation, as per the relevant guidelines and scheme, and take action.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
