HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.386 of 2021 ORDER:

This CRP is filed challenging the order dated 27.01.2021 in IA.No.1912 of 2019 in FCOP.No.220 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, wherein and whereby the Court below allowed the petition filed by the respondent/petitioner for setting aside the exparte order dated 07.08.2019.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that without any justifying reasons, the Court below passed the impugned order.

A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the Court below has given reasons for allowing the application filed by the respondent/petitioner stating that during the period of proceedings before the Court below, the respondent/petitioner was in Australia for prosecuting her studies and is also having six months old baby in her hands to appear before the Court; and that considering the nature of litigation being matrimonial dispute, allowed the application. In view of the above, no exception can be taken to the order passed by the Court below.

Accordingly, the CRP is dismissed. However, the respondent shall cooperate for disposal of the FCOP.No.220/2019. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
