This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 29.08.2012 in O.P. No.525 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the IX Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 11.02.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
