THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1609 of 2020 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused No.5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2318 of 2019 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of the petitioner is not in dispute, his presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of petitioner/accused No.5 in C.C.No.2318 of 2019 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, is dispensed with except on the dates whenever his presence is required by the trial Court and he shall be represented by a counsel. 6.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
