When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, there is no need to pass any final order in the writ petition and hence, the same may be closed.

Therefore, in view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
