The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case on the ground that the petitioner already availed remedy of enhancement of maintenance by invoking Section 127 of Cr.P.C. and thereby, no further cause will survive in the Criminal Revision Case.
