HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD M.A.C.M.A. No.459 of 2014 JUDGMENT :

Sri M. Rajamalla Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the present appeal is filed by the appellant/petitioner seeking enhancement of compensation and that the connected appeal in MACMA.No.2776 of 2012 filed by the 2nd respondent - National Insurance Company Limited herein has been settled before the Lok Adalat. Therefore, no orders are required in this appeal as the connected appeal has already been settled before the Lok Adalat.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
