HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.24 of 2019 ORDER :

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. to transfer C.C.No.3153 of 2017 on the file of the VI Addl. Judl. I Class Magistrate Court, Warangal to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad. 2.

Head the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

The 1st respondent herein filed a private complaint against the petitioners before the VI Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Warangal, for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 and 323 r/w 34 IPC and the same was numbered as C.C.No.3153 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1st petitioner is living with her parents at Hyderabad and it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Warangal on each and every date of adjournment as she is doing private job and hence, it is prayed to transfer the case. 5.

In view of the above submissions and if the case is transferred to the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent No.1.

Therefore, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed transferring C.C.No.3153 of 2017 on the file of the VI Addl. Judl. I Class Magistrate Court, Warangal to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
