At the admission stage, the following order is passed: As it is informed to this Court that the matter in C.C.No.1035 of 2014 is now coming up for framing of charges, the petitioners/accused are given liberty to approach the trial Court and file applications seeking their discharge from the case, in which case, the trial Court shall decide their applications on merits at the earliest. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
