This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.634 of 2008, against the petitioners, who are A1 to A5, on the file of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 196, 199, 200, 464 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor filed a copy of the case status in the above CC, wherein it is mentioned that the counsel for the complainant filed death certificate of the complainant stating the complainant died on 20.02.2011 and as such, the proceedings are closed.
