HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP. No.35263 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner is questioning the proceedings dt.26.09.2011 issued by the 3rd respondent terminating his services as a Stipendiary Warder on the ground of unauthorized absence from 18.07.2011 to 24.09.2011.

The impugned order states that in spite of the letters addressed to the petitioner to report for training, he has not done so. Even in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition no reason is assigned by the petitioner, why he has approached this Court five years late.

In view of the inordinate latches in approaching this Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
