The challenge in this revision is to an interlocutory order passed in IA.No.114 of 2010 in OS.No.1539 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the learned VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. On a perusal of the note of the Registry it appears that the suit itself was disposed of on 01.06.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
