HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10698 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not paying salaries to the petitioner for the period from September, 2000 to May, 2002 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and to issue consequential direction directing the respondents to pay the salaries for the said period. On 22-08-2003 this Court in W.P.MP.No.13412 of 2003 passed the following interim order:

" It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly placed 12 persons have earlier approached this Court in W.P.No.10538/2001 and the said writ petition was allowed directing the respondents for payment of the salaries due to them. The said order was confirmed in W.A.No.255 of 2002. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to pay the salaries due to the petitioner, pending further orders".

Considering the above interim direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders dated 22-08-2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
