THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.26809 of 2006 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the Memo No.5334/C3/2006 dated 14.11.2006 of the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the clarification issued by the Election Commission dated 09.07.2006 and to set aside the same and hold that the petitioner can as well hold the post of Anganwadi Teacher/worker of Kovvali Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari apart from holding the post of ZPTC Denduluru with all consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
