Heard Mr.Nageswara Reddy for petitioner and Mr.Vinod Reddy for respondents.

I have perused the writ affidavit and also the counter affidavit filed by respondents.

Having regard to the stand taken in the counter affidavit, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a ground to consider the writ prayer and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
