This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the patta land in Sy.No. 9/A to an extent of Ac.1.3800 guntas, situated at Kalwakurthy Mandal, Nagar Kumool District, without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's patta land in Sy.No. 9/A to an extent of Ac. 1.3800 guntas, situated at Kalwakurthy Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District ...."

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submit that the allegations mentioned in the writ affidavit are not true and the respondent authorities are not at all interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land. In the light of the above, the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property without following due process of law.
