This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw I.D.O.P. No.686 of 2012 from the file of District Court, Guntur and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Kurnool, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the parties have settled the matter in Lok Adalat at Kurnool. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition.
