THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4188 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband was the absolute owner and possessor of land of an extent of Acs.0.17 guntas in Survey No.86, Acs.0.16 guntas in Survey No.90 and Acs.0.16 guntas in Survey No.92 situated at Sabith Nagar Village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It appears that the husband of the petitioner filed W.P.No.1529 of 2009 and the same was disposed of on 02.02.2009 directing the third respondent to take up the matter for mutation, but unfortunately during the pendency of the enquiry, the husband of the petitioner died on 07.03.2013. The petitioner filed an application on 23.08.2015 and when the same was not considered, she filed W.P.No.745 of 2016 and this Court disposed of the said writ petition on 07.01.2016 directing the third respondent to consider her application. Accordingly, a Memo was issued by the third respondent on 10.10.2016 directing the fourth respondent to incorporate the changes in the revenue records and in spite of the same, when the fourth respondent has not taken action, the present writ petition is filed.

It is not known as to why the fourth respondent has not taken action in spite of the Memo issued by the third respondent on 10.10.2016. If the fourth respondent has not already implemented the order of the third respondent, dated 10.10.2016, appropriate disciplinary proceedings shall be taken against the fourth respondent by the competent authority for his dereliction of duties. Apart from that, the fourth respondent is directed to implement the orders of the third respondent, dated 10.10.2016 within a period of four weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the order of the third respondent is not already implemented.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 19.02.2018 pln
