This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the construction of the petitioner's house bearing No. 6-8-59 situated at Ganesh Basti, Komatla Bazaar, Kothagudem, Khammam District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. 2.

In pursuance of the Government Orders, the petitioner made a representation on 28-10-2015 to respondent No. 2 for regularization of the construction of his house who in turn forwarded the same to respondent No. 3. Respondent No. 3 by letter dated 07-11-2015 forwarded the representation of the petitioner to respondent No.

By proceedings dated 14-12-2015, respondent No. 4 informed respondent No. 3 that an enquiry is being made for regularization of applications who are in possession of 100 yards below and after completion of enquiry, the application of the petitioner will be approved by Divisional Level Committee but no orders have been passed so far.

In the light of the above, without touching the merits in the other contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28-10-2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
