When the matter is listed today, it is represented by the learned standing counsel for the Cantonment Board that the joint survey has already been conducted in terms of the application of the petitioner dated 04-2-2014 in respect of the property bearing House No. 155 situated in survey No. 103, Sappers Line, Secunderabad in the presence of the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
