THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5006 of 2019 ORDER:

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not considering representations, dated 11.08.2015, 28.09.2018 and 01.10.2018, submitted by him complaining several illegal and unlawful acts of Archakas including misappropriation of amounts covered under Doopa Deepa Naivedyam Scheme allotted to Sri Omkareswara Swamy (Panchagullu) Devasthanam, Palakurthy Village and Mandal, Jangaon District.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
