CVNR, J & KVL, J WA.No.32146 of 2017 Dated:13.10.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 08.8.2016, in Original Application No.2934 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana State) placed before the Court letter, vide Lr.No.B/351/GPD/MPPD, dated 10.10.2017, of the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, MPP Damaracherla, addressed to the petitioner, wherein it is stated that on verification of the records, it was found that an unanimous resolution, dated 05.10.2015, was passed by the Sarpanch and General Body members not to consider release of the amounts claimed by the petitioner and the same was intimated to him earlier also by letter, dated 07.10.2017.

Since the Tribunal has not declared the right of the petitioner to receive the amounts claimed by him and instead, it has only directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner made on 18.9.2015 for release of the amounts claimed by him, with the issuance of the afore-mentioned letter, the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal stood complied with.

CVNR, J & KVL, J WA.No.32146 of 2017 Dated:13.10.2017 If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the said letter, he shall be free to avail a fresh legal remedy before appropriate forum. Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.40019 of 2017 stands disposed of as infructuous.
