HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4935 of 2019 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have seen the Writ Petition and the counter-affidavit. It is on record that the official respondents have recorded the arrest of the persons, S. Rahul Singh, Abubaker Siddique and Mohammed Abdul Khadeer, mentioned in the Writ Petition, as having been detained.

Following their arrest, they have been produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Proceedings will accordingly go ahead in that jurisdiction in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the aforesaid.
