Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 14.09.2017 but no action has been taken by the third respondent so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation as per law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said representation, if pending, would be verified and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 14.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take further action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously
as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
