This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Court in I W.P.No.5725 of 2023.

By an order, dated 28.02.2023, while disposing of W.P.No.5725 of 2023, this Court, directed the respondent Nos.4 and 5 therein to consider the explanation, dated O2.O1.2023 submitted by the petitioner, along with relevant documents, by duly taking into account of the permission granted to the petitioner by the concerned authorities, and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of four (4) weeks from 28.02.2023 and communicate the same to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties have fairly submitted that pending adjudication of this Contempt Case, the order, dated 28.02.2023 in W.P.No.5725 of 2023 has been complied w .t*-*

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the opinion that there is no willful disobedience and violation on the part of the respondents, to initiate contempt proceedings against them.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate her grievance, if she is aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondents.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
