THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No. 2110 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This contempt case has been filed alleging deliberate and willful violation of order dated 07.04.2014 in P.I.L.No.101 of 2014. Counter is invited and we have seen the same. In the said counter it has been stated that because of the order of status quo granted by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court in relation to the same property, the order dated 07.04.2014 could not be carried out meaningfully.

Under these circumstances, we close this contempt case holding that at present there cannot be any deliberate and willful violation of the order. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if so advised. No order as to costs. ___________________ K.J.
