THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14009 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by orders of this Court in W.P.No.24316 of 2013 and batch dt.05-09-2013 as well as W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and batch dt.04-03-2015.

3. Following the same, this Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the rejection order dt.25.02.2016 of the Joint Sub-RegistrarI, SPSR Nellore District-3rd respondent. There shall be consequential direction to the 3rd respondent, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject land without reference to the order dt.15-03-2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 3rd respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
