THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 827 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order, dated 07.04.2017, passed by the learned District Judge, Anantapur dismissing I.A.No.160 of 2014 in A.S.C.F.No.4287 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for condonation of delay of 696 days in filing the above said appeal, on the ground that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the dismissal of I.A.No.160 of 2014, the respondents have taken possession of the property in question. Therefore, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
