HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO C.R.P.No.4709 of 2017:

Between:

Mohammed Akhil Ahmed, S/o Nooroddin, 39 years, Business, R/o. Mulugu (V) & (M), Warangal District. .....Petitioner/petitioner/ Plaintiff no.2 and Porika Utham Kumar s/o. Jagan Naik, 47 years, Madanapally (V), Mulugu (M), Warangal District and two others.

.....Respondents/respondent/ Defendant/plaintiffs 2 &3 The Court made the following:

PNR,J C.R.P.NOs.4709 & 4752 of 2017 HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER:

Plaintiffs filed I.A.No.192 of 2017 in O.S.No.31 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Mulugu, praying to permit them to file documents. They also filed I.A.No.191 of 2017 to recall PW.3 for the purpose of marking documents, which they wanted to present. Trial Court having noticed that no reasons are assigned in support of prayer in the petition, rejected I.A.No.192 of 2017 and consequently, I.A.No.191 of 2017. These two revision petitions are filed challenging the orders in I.A.Nos.192 and 191 of 2017, respectively.

2.

A bare perusal of affidavits filed in support of I.As., would show that no reasons are assigned as to how petitioner assesses relevancy of documents sought to be presented and why the documents sought to be presented were not filed earlier. There is no description of documents sought to be presented in the affidavit.

3.

I do not see any error committed by trial Court warranting interference by this Court. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revision petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO kkm
