This Revision is filed challenging the inaction of the Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet in not passing orders in I.A.No.960 of 2018 in O.S.No.115 of 2018 on its file, though the matter was heard and orders reserved on 18.12.2018. 2.

Docket Proceedings of the Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet have been placed before the Court and I find that the contention of the petitioners' counsel is correct. 3.

In view of the same, the Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet is directed to decide the I.A.No.960 of 2018 in O.S.No.115 of 2018 on his/her file within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also give explanation as to the delay in disposal of the said I.A., to this Court on administrative side.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
