HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1465 of 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as "False" on 27.03.2019 as per the proceedings of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Peddapally, Karimnagar District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
