ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings, vide Rc.No.D4/1355/2014, dated 23.5.2015, of respondent No.3, whereby he has terminated the services of the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mr. M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the Management of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, submitted that as per the extant Circulars, an

appeal against the impugned order lies to the District Collector.

In view of the availability of this alternative remedy, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without adjudicating the same on merits, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.

As a sequel to disposed of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.44768 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
