The learned counsel for the petitioner was not present even today, whereas the counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the cause in this contempt case does not survive inasmuch as the C.R.P.Nos.6204 of 2012 and 4938 of 2013 have already been disposed of by a common order by this Court on 20-102014. Possibly, this could be the reason why the learned counsel for the petitioner was not evincing any interest in the matter. Hence, the contempt case stands dismissed.
